We are proud to introduce the Premier Team. The Premier Development AZ group of homebuilding and real estate companies began in 2003, founded by two of Arizona’s most experienced Homebuilders; Ron & Kelly Owsley. Premier Development AZ employs proven systems gleaned from years of experience in some of the world’s largest Public Homebuilding operations. Prior to forming Premier, Ron spent years as a senior manager for Pulte and Richmond American Homes. Kelly sold hundreds of New Homes for a number of Arizona builders including Richmond American before forming a private New Home Sales firm in 2002.  

Ron is a fourth generation Arizonan. His family has been in the Prescott area for nearly 150 years while Kelly’s family has been in southern Arizona for almost 100 years.

Premier Development AZ offers a limited number of moderately priced single family residences (All Single Story Homes from 2055 to 3254 Sq. Ft.). Home plans that will appeal to Buyer's seeking New Homes without gimmicks or extensive optional up-grades.
